Kelly Lynch
President/ Broker, KPL Select Companies.

Kelly Lynch has worked in the real estate industry for over 17 years.  In 1992, she founded KPL Select Mortgage, providing residential mortgage brokerage services to individual clients.  Since 1992, KPL Select Mortgage has facilitated well over a billion dollars in residential loans helping thousands realize their dreams of homeownership.  

Today, KPL Select Mortgage is approved with over 100 wholesale lenders and is an approved VA/FHA lender with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.  KPL Select Mortgage consistently is ranked among the upper echelon of approved correspondents and has received numerous honors including the Presidents, Million Dollar Club, Gold Level and Top Funding Broker awards.

Under Kelly’s leadership, KPL Select Mortgage has evolved into a vertically integrated, full-service real estate company—KPL Select Companies (“KPL”).  KPL provides finance, escrow, property management and investment opportunities for residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout California from offices in Sherman Oaks and Palm Springs.

Kelly is on the Board of Directors of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers and is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Southland Professional Association of Realtors and is co-chair or the Business and Professional Partnership.  Kelly graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in business.  She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.

Amy Dantzler
Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Development, KPL Select Companies

Amy Dantzler, Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Development and Corporate Counsel, joined KPL in 2004.  Amy brought with her many years of experience as both an attorney and in the real estate industry.  

In 2000, Amy was the youngest of the founders of a law firm comprised of 14 full-time attorneys that continues to operate successfully today.  Her legal experience is diverse.  She has handled cases in both federal and state courts through trials and appeals dealing with many areas of the law including contract, insurance, real estate, copyright, trademark, employment and product liability.  Her legal work resulted in the reported case, General Star Indemnity Company v. Superior Court (Hard Rock Cafe), 47 Cal. App. 4th 1586; 55 Cal. Rptr. 2d 322 (1996) that, at the time, redefined certain issues of insurance law in the State of California.

In 2002, Amy left her legal practice to become Executive Vice President and General Counsel to a consulting firm that facilitates the resolution of commercial disputes and litigation and arranges complex commercial real estate transactions and financing.  She became a real estate broker and, in addition to other responsibilities, arranged commercial real estate financing. 

Amy received her B.A. in English literature from Pomona College and graduated from Loyola Law School.  She is a member of the State Bar of California and a California licensed Real Estate Broker.

Kevin Gibson
Vice President, KPL Select Escrow Division

A former Vice President at Bank of America, Kevin Gibson worked in banking and finance for almost 20 years before joining KPL to helm the growing KPL Select Escrow Division.  Using his expertise in technology, business management, accounting and finance, Kevin has developed and implemented new technology solutions, performance improvement strategies and operations and support functions to meet and exceed customer service expectations in the escrow division.  Kevin continues to develop strategies and solutions for changing markets, further contributing to KPL’s ability to adapt to industry fluctuations.

Kevin holds a B.A. in communications from City University of New York, Queens College.  He also is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Notary Public in the State of California.

Julie Ware
Director, Loan Processing, KPL Select Mortgage

Julie Ware brings over a decade of experience in communications, public relations, and management to the KPL team.  She is a creative leader who, prior to joining KPL, produced special events for large corporate clients including Dell Computer, Columbia Health Care Systems and Johnson & Johnson, handled human resource and personnel issues for the North American Division of Valtech Technologies where she oversaw over 175 employees and was Director of Logistics at Quantum Solutions.

Since 2001, Julie has overseen the day-to-day operations of KPL Select Mortgage.  She designed and implemented goals for strategic growth and supervises the processing of a high volume of residential loans.

Julie is a graduate of Trinity University and has a Master’s in Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs of the University of Texas at Austin.
